hunterTAPI: Practical feature for telephony in hunter

hunter®TAPI is an interface that lets you connect your company’s phone system to hunter. Both digital VoIP techniques as well as older phone systems can be connected to hunter.

The benefit is that with one click, phone calls can be initiated directly from within hunter and also can be documented right in the software. A caller log can be generated for every phone call. In this way, the results of a phone call can be noted and automatically filed in the correct place without fuss. For incoming phone calls, hunter searches the database for the corresponding person or company, which it then displays.
