hunter®REMINDER helps hunter users organize their follow-ups: It issues reminders for deadlines such as expiring off-limits of comapnies and persons or the end of an employment or independent contractor agreement, for example, when placing freelancers. This keeps the recruitment consultant, in particular, well-informed as to when certain candidates and companies can be approached again.

hunter®REMINDER also reminds of scheduled or delayed project milestones as well as the respective user’s upcoming and not yet completed tasks. If desired, the reminder window starts up with an acoustic signal and displays a list of all imminent deadlines. The corresponding data records on the person, project, company or activity can be opened directly from within this list and forwarded internally so that all users involved can see these details, immediately and irrespective of their location.
