Selection of documents for creating a PDF

The hunter®PDF-Toolbox can create a single PDF document directly in hunter from multiple files with different file formats (such as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, .jpg).

This saves time as the user does not need to first locally save the files and then merge them using an external PDF tool before the finished PDF document can be added to hunter.

The hunter-created PDF document can then be saved to the corresponding document area of a project, company or person (contact) mask; it can also be sent directly via e-mail. For example, a candidate exposé, consisting of a confidential report, interview results, a (consultant) summary and further documents can be quickly compiled, merged and sent to the client as one PDF.
