Search & filter with hunter: fast and accurate search results

Even simple searches can be filtered by industry sector, region, function or position. You can also search the hunter database using complex logic operations or full-text searches to quickly and reliably find the exact data you need.
Search results are presented in clearly arranged tables, whereby the user can easily customize the font size, column order, sort method and resolution. Moreover, hunter gives you a number of filter options, ensuring that only the data sets you want and need will be displayed.

With hunter software, you also avoid inefficient candidate search workflows: The traffic-light (red, yellow, green) presentation lets you clearly see a person’s or company's current processing status and if they can be approached for a new project. For example, when a colleague working on a search project has already begun the application procedure with an interesting candidate, that candidate will not be contacted again by another colleague.

Full-text search generates precise search results

All of the text documents and emailsfull-text searchable. This means you can use the integrated search function’s many options to research within the data: using any terms or keywords and with logical operations. The search masks can also be used to create and conduct complex AND/OR queries, for example a search for position texts, languages and certain skills. When you enter a full-text search, hunter displays a preview of the document texts along with a color-coded identification of the results and the number of hits for the search terms. .

All files made searchable via OCR text recognition 

With our software, even images and PDF documents are made searchable. The built-in OCR text recognition reliably converts the corresponding files into text and the results are made available for full-text searches. As a result, received email attachments as well as scanned-in documents can also be included in all of your search queries using hunter's extensive search options.
